Shotgun Love 爱情真可怕, The eye 10 见鬼10

Dreadful long time since I’ve caught a korean movies actually. Periodically I still watch some korean movies though… But either I’m too lazy to actually talk about it or I’m too lazy. :D

HOWDY-ever, caught this movie shotgun love on my bedside device since it appeared on the ppstream player as a featured movie. Decided to give it a try and it turned out to be pretty good! Story wise, at least it is somewhat reasonable I guess? (Single pregnant korean ladies are considered illegal? Didn’t know that man)

ANY-WHORE, bits of comedy was sprinkled in and melodramatic scenes are scattered in it as well. I like the main actor in this movie, liked him since SEX IS ZERO 1 I think? That’s one movie I didn’t review there, it is definitely NFSW :D

I totally recommend watching this movie, grab someone you like/care and watch it together. By the end, you’ll realize that you both will be grabbing each other much tighter :)

Dayum, I’m always a sucker for ghost movies. But since it’s broad daylight, nothing will go wrong right? NO. Mute button was raped in the process of watching this movie, predictable shocking parts and blasting sound effects. :/

Despite bashing the movie at the start, it is interesting to see them experiment with all the methods in order to see ghosts. Definitely not gonna try it in real life, but things like this you’ll just never know eh. Comedy was also thrown into the movie though, but I think this is just a movie to pass time with. Nothing really interesting with the story as well, just a bunch of young adults with lots of time to waste. (Thus the motive of watching this movie. :D )

Despicable me!

First time trying to write a review on my iPod touch. :D

Sooo, despicable me. It’s a fun movie to watch in my opinion, not exactly a movie to remember if I were to compare it to it’s current competitor: Toy Story 3. Being an animated film and a rather random one, it is just caricature of characters and villians which surprisingly appeals to people.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t enjoy the movie. Some of the scenes are indigeniously made funny and could really tickle ur laughing bone. Oh and did I mention about Agnes? The girl whose cuteness is so unreal. Such a adorable girl to look at. Hope I could have such a daughter in the future. Haha!

Nevertheless, it is a great movie to catch with old time buddies which will make you laugh uncontrollably or bawl in cuteness. :D

ZOMBIES WITH GUNS.

Neah I’m joking. :D

Managed to dig out some of the low budget zombie movies which never got to Singapore’s cinema. Managed to caught up with one of the zombie movies which I have always wanted to watch; Dead Snow. Here goes;

First off, Survival of the Dead by George A Romero. It seems like this producer is pretty much eager to get his name featured. His name appears so much that it can be annoying.

As expected from a low budget movie, this zombie world is a post apocalyptic world where people tries to live together with zombies all around them. Starts off in a rural area where farms and farmers were trying to control the area. Story roots from here.

Then it starts to branch into the city area where army personnels were thrown in. I have to mention that one of the army personnels looks like Hugh Jackman’s little brother (HAHA). Soon they were directed back to the rural area where they got screwed all over again. Pretty much what I would expect.

This movie is actually quite decent with all the zombies action. But I wouldn’t recommend it. It actually bores me to be honest. But no harm giving it a try if you got the time eh? :D

Remember the youtube link that I posted way back about Nazi zombies? This is the movie that I have been wanting to watch. GORE-FEST and SLASH/HACK TIME NOW.

For a start, this movie isn’t exactly a zombie movie. Without a real cause for the Nazi soldiers to remain undead, this movie is like the evil undeads whom want some human flesh (or gold, you will know if you watch) But hey, this has much more action than the previous movie that I watched. Plus this has some hot female actress (HAHAHAH). What got me thinking is that, how the hell does those zombies move so fast? Made me want to call them Nazi undead ninjas rather than Nazi zombies. Heh.

If you are in for some smacking violent and hardcore zombie actions, this movie is the one for you. Plus you get a Colonel Nazi zombie at the end as the final boss. How awesome is that? (AWWWWESSSSOOOOOMMEEEE!)

Sidenote: Fringe is somewhat like Heroes to me, which got me interested into watching it. But it feels so dark with all the mystery hidden here and there. Guess I will have to watch more episodes to appreciate it. :D

TOY STORY 3!

Woah it’s raining like it hasn’t been raining for 3 days or something. Freaking scary rain.

Managed to take this nice poster of Toy Story 3. Ohhhhhhhhhh *by the green martians*

Caught this movie recently with the mofos. Let’s start with a tiny little bit of recap, shall we? Toy story 1 and 2 was about adventures of the Toys and Andy, who is probably the same age as me at the time of the movie. That made it pretty easy for me to relate to it. With all the imaginary toys coming to life, it was fun while it lasted.

But here came Toy Story 3 with a totally different motive. With Andy all grown up and being too old for his toys, it was a interesting storyline to develop there. It has all the suspense, tear-jerking, hilarious and scary (the monkey and baby freaks the shiet out of me) moments that you can expect from a Pixar film. It gave a perfect closure to the franchise and  our childhood movie. All in all,

PERFECT MOVIE TO WATCH. MUST WATCH. LOL

(On a side note: I still think it’s quite sad that Bo Peep got sold away in a yard sale. Man, Woody is strong in the heart. Haha)

Just a small town girl
Living in a lonely world
She took the midnight train going anyway

Just a city boy
Living in self detroit
He took the midnight train going anyway

What a cute scenario is that? Haha this song got stuck in my head since who knows when. At least I can play it on the piano now. :D

Guess the surpise cum cake-smashing for korean was kinda successful eh? The satisfaction of smashing cake to face is incredible. HAHA

I should seriousry… seriouly… seriousrrrrry. *ehhem* I should seriously start on my projects. They just keeps humming at the side of my brain. Heh.

On the side-note: I’m just not lucky enough, am i ?

On the sider-side note: I’m gonna look like a clown with the YOG uniform. So friggin oversized.

On the sider-sider-side note: I should maybe review some movies I watched eh? (P.S. toy story 3 :D )

Fail phone is fail

I just realized all the posts that I have posted on my phone isn’t shown on the blog, but saved as draft in my phone. Haha.

Really nothing to post now. My life is so mundane and unlively nowadays. Haha seems like everyone is finding their target now. Awwwwww shall not dwell about it.

Maybe I should stick to my usual plan for this blog and review more movies I watched. But then, a long time since I have watched a korean movie. Should look for more now.

Maybe I should incorporate some fictional character like sheryl’s blog. Like fun ah. :D
